  • 3/4 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cups ice
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. of your favorite keto-friendly sugar substitute
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds plus more for garnish
  • 2 tbsp. hemp seeds plus more for garniash
  • 1/2 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Pinch kosher salt


  • Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
