Chocolate Ice Cream:

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup Swerve or to desired sweetness
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp kosher sea salt

Hot Fudge:

  • ¾ cup heavy cream or full-fat coconut milk if dairy-free
  • ¹⁄₃ cup Swerve confectioners
  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Garnish:
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 2 teaspoons sugar-free dark chocolate shavings


Keto Chocolate Ice Cream (Only 2g of net carbs per serving)

  • In a mixing bowl, add the egg yolks and sweetener in and mix on high with a hand mixer.
  • Whip yolks until light in color and double in size.
  • Stir in the whipping cream.
  • Pour the mixture into your ice cream machine/maker and wait until finished, usually 45 minutes.
  • Freeze until the ice cream is set and easy to scoop.

Keto Hot Fudge

  • Add the heavy cream, sweetener, and chopped chocolate in a double-boiler or in a heat-safe bowl over simmering water.
  • Heat on low heat while stirring just until the chocolate melts, then remove from the heat.
  • Stir in the vanilla.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool for a few minute before serving over ice cream.
  • Sprinkle over dark chocolate shavings if desired and add the sprig of mint for garnish.
