Low-Carb BBQ Sauce Perfect For 4th of July Parties

- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1/2 cup organic apple cider vinegar — I used Bragg’s
- 1/2 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener — Erythritol
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire suace — optional
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika — or 1/4 tsp to taste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp butter — optional
- water — optional to thin the sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat combine the sweetener, vinegar and tomato paste.
Add the butter, spices and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook, stirring frequently for 10-15 minutes, until everything is incorporated and the sauce has thickened.
Add a litle bit of water at a time if the sauce is too thick.
Brush onto your favorite meats before grilling or use for dipping your tasty side dishes.
