  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • ½ cup mashed avocado
  • ½ cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla stevia
  • teaspoon vanilla powder


  • In a blender or vitamix add the coconut milk, avocado, lime juice, stevia, and vanilla.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer mixture into your preferred popsicle mold.
  • Insert popsicle sticks
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours
  • Serve and enjoy!
