Sugar Free Keto Granola Bars
Perfect for any packed lunch or at home snack, these keto-friendly granola bars are a great choice for anybody.

- 1 Cup Roasted almonds Chopped (140g)
- 1 Cup Roasted almonds Slivered (85g)
- 1 Cup Unsweetened coconut flakes 65g
- 1 Large egg
- 4 Tbsp Monkfruit
- 2 Tbsp Almond butter
- 1 Tbsp Coconut oil
- 3/4 tsp Sea salt
- 1/4 Cup Stevia sweetened chocolate chips
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.
Line an 8×8 inch sheet pan with parchment paper or foil. We like to leave a little bit hanging over the sides to make lifting them off the tray later a bite easier.
In a large bowl, whisk together the egg and monkfruit.
In a separate small, microwave-safe bowl, melt the almond butter and coconut oil for about 30 seconds or until the texture is smooth
Whisk both mixtures together until well combined.
Add in all of the nuts, coconut and salt and stir until well combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Press the mixture quite firmly into the prepared pan. If you lay a piece of parchment paper on top it makes this process easier and mess-free.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the top feels set.
Let cool completely to room temperature in the pan.
Cut them into your favorite shapes and enjoy or store them for later!
