Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cooking Instructions

Whisk together all ingredients until mixed very well.

Spray non-stick cooking spray into an 8×8 baking dish or muffin tin depending on your preference.

Pour the mixture into an 8×8 dish or into a muffin tin to make individual frittata portions. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.

When the eggs are nearly cooked, sprinkle some extra cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
