Bulletproof Keto Coffee

  • 2 cups coffee
  • 2 tablespoons grass fed unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons organic coconut oil or MCT oil
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream Optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional


  • Brew 2 cups of your favorite keto-friendly coffee brand.
  • Pour the coffee into a small blender, or into a container that you can use an immersion blender with.
  • Add in your grass-fed butter, salted or unsalted based on your personal preference, vanilla extract and coconut oil.
  • Add in the heavy cream last to provide give the coffee a rich and creamier texture.
  • Blend everything together for about 45-60 seconds or until there is a good amount of froth on the top.
  • Pour the mixture into your favorite mug and enjoy!
